We utilize Quotesoft Piping to provide you with a full takeoff down to the nuts and bolts. We use current PHCC labor hours as a base, and pricing is kept up to date with modern regional pricing. We will provide you with an Excel spreadsheet that you can use to adjust all aspects of the take-off. This is your pricing and your labor figures all editable and tailored to your needs. Want a different report we have many you can choose from.

We use Revit 2023 to help you coordinate your projects. Modern construction has begun requiring 3D BIM coordination. Most have even moved beyond simple CAD. We will assist you in design and coordination with the other trades and structures. We will write your RFI's for conflicts and can even attend virtual coordination meetings over the internet.

Why hire a full time BIM modeler for a single job?  At the same time why pass up a project because you don't have a full time BIM modeler.
